Treatment Coordinator
Lisa Fales — Lisa loves getting to know all our new patients. At your first visit, she will get you started with an office tour and take pictures and a digital x-ray. After Dr. Klomparens orthodontic exam, she will explain in detail recommended treatment and financial options. Lisa is available to answer all your questions to assure all your orthodontic needs are met and you'll be ready to get started with your braces under the exceptional skill and care Dr. Klomparens and his staff will provide during your orthodontic experience. tc@klomparens.com
Lisa lives in Midland with her husband Dennis, and her three daughters, Christina, Leurissa and Allison. Lisa and her family love to go camping. She is an avid quilter and she enjoys taking classes and sewing with friends.
Financial Coordinator
Mary Siefert — Mary loves helping to finalize financing options and setting up payment methods that are convenient to our new patients. Mary is from Midland and has lived there all her life. She has been at Dr. Klomparens office for over 20 years. She lives with her husband Bob and has four grown children, Tom, David, Karen and Jason. She also has 3 grandchildren. In her free time she enjoys sewing and crafts.
Clinical Assistants
The Clinical Assistants love to to see our patients every five to eight weeks. Beginning with that first exciting appointment when you start your orthdontic treatment until that special day when you get your braces off and see your beautiful new smile. Amy Bauer- Amy loves her job because she gets to help create beautiful, confident smiles. She really enjoys getting to know so many different people. Amy lives in Midland with her husband Ryan. She enjoys reading, watching movies, and listening to music. She also enjoys spending time outdoors and spending time with her family.
Sarah Brenske- Sarah loves meeting new people and working with the patients. It brings her joy to see the excitment on our patient's faces when they see their new smile. She lives in Sanford with her family Randy and sons Anthony and Hunter. She enjoys hunting and fishing, and being busy watching her sons play sports.
Lori Ryan- Lori loves watching a crooked smile turn into a wonderful first impression. She strives to make the office comfortable for you and wants to make sure you understand everything she is doing with your teeth. Lori lives in Sanford. She has two grown children, Gabby and Whitney. She enjoys camping with her family, gardening and helping others.
Theresa Thomas- Theresa loves the interaction she can have with our patients and parents. She is amazed the difference braces can have on our patients personality when they see the fantastic results. She lives in Bay City and is engaged to her fiancé, Jason. She enjoys watching movies, the outdoors, and spending time with her family.
Abbi Tovey- Abbi loves what braces can do to our patients confidence. She loves the interaction she can have when our patients are in her chair and when their parents come back to see their progress. She lives in Bay City with her husband Ryan. She enjoys spending time with her family and watching drag racing.
Scheduling Coordinators

Jena Laubscher- Jena loves getting to know all of the patients and their families. She lives in Breckenridge with her husband, Joe, and her two children, Janel and Jaxon. In her spare time she enjoys being with her family and friends, watching her children's sports, walking, camping, and canoeing.
Peggy Rock- Peggy loves greeting all the new and familiar faces as they walk through the office door. She lives in Saginaw with her husband, Terry. She has four grown children, Jason, Kyle, Gwen and Sarah, and six grandchildren. She enjoys cooking, sewing and crafts.
Marie Strauss- Marie loves getting to know our new patients before they have even come to our office when she schedules a new patient exam. She enjoys seeing the change and confidence that orthodontics can make for people of all ages. She lives in Midland with her husband Rick. Her family includes her son David, her daughter and son-in-law, Alaina and Dave. Marie enjoys gardening, reading, bargain shopping, and spending time with family.
