We are proud of our building and our friendly and relaxing atmosphere.
Our office suite is located on the left after you walk into the building. Restrooms are conveniently located in the commom area when you first walk in.
Our check in station is connected to all the computers in the office. Touch your picture and you'll be checked in, letting the the office know you are ready for your appointment.
Our Front Desk will greet you with a smile and are available to help if you need any assistance checking in or have any other office needs. They will also schedule your next appointment when you are finished.
Our waiting room is comfortable with magazines, coffee and tea. We have put a lot of effort into creating an appointment layout that keeps our office on schedule and respectful of your busy day.
Our toy room is a fun spot for the little ones. We encourage the whole family to come and get to know our office.
Our Toothbrush Station is available to brush up before your appointment. It has toothbushes with toothpaste already part of the brush so only water is needed.
This is Lisa Fales, our Treatment Coordinator's, office. Our Treatment Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of a new patient getting started in our office.
This is our digital xray room where two different types of xrays can be taken for use in determining your orthodontic needs. Digital xray has 90% less radiation than xrays that are film based and the results of digital xrays are immediately available for you to see on our wall mounted computer.
We set our goals high when it comes to protecting you. This is our state of the art sterilization room. We are extremely proud of our investment into hospital grade equipment to sterilize all of our orthodontic instruments. Our office brings in nationally recognized consultants to review our eqipment and sterilization procedures to assure we not only meet but are above industry standards for sterilization, Center of Disease Control and OSHA guidelines.
This is our operatory area where you will have your regularly scheduled appointments. You will get to know all five of our clinical assistants as they assist Dr. Klomparens in creating your beautiful new smile.
This is Mary Siefert, our Financial Coordinator's office. Mary will finalize the financial arrangements so your valued investment in your orthodontics can begin. She is your resource for insurance and flex benefit questions.
