Technology We Use
• Digital X-Rays: We offer one of the latest technological advances in dentistry with digital radiography (x-rays). A computer generates an image in only 30 seconds while you watch it appear on our wall mounted computer. Not only are they friendly to the environment, they are much safer than traditional X-rays. Digital radiographs reduce radiation exposure by 90 percent!
• Sterilization: We have invested into hospital grade state-of-the-art sterilization equipment for your complete safety. We use sterilization techniques and procedures that ensures your safety and comfort. We hire a nationally recognized CDC/OSHA consultant to review our eqiupment and procedures to assure we are up to date and consistently operating above all required safety standards.

Latex Free: Our office only purchases latex free products for your protection from allergic reactions.

Appointments
Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request 24-hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment, and appreciate your cooperation.
Payment Options
It is our mission to provide you with affordable, high-quality treatment that fits your budget! We offer a variety of payment options to meet your needs. Our office accepts payments by cash, check, bank auto draft, and Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards. We also offer no-interest financing options through our office using qualifying guidelines, as well as outside financing sources of Springstone, Chase, and Care Credit . If you have any questions about financing or payment, ask us! We will thoroughly explain your choices and work hard to accommodate your needs.
Insurance
If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is distinct from regular dental insurance. Insurance policies vary, so we will review your insurance to determine the appropriate course of action. Once treatment has started, we will file your claims.
To help us with your insurance filing, please complete the insurance questions on our questionnaire. Please remember that orthodontic insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.
